5. Coaching Services

7. Payment and Refunds

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session
  • AI resume analysis services are non-refundable once analysis is completed

All content, features, and functionality of UPVERSE are owned by Upverse AI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

You agree not to use our service to:
