1. Parental Authorization & Consent
Only parents or legal guardians can create accounts and enroll children in UPVERSE Kids. By using our service, you:

- Cancellations within 7 days: No refund, but access continues until end of billing period
- Technical issues preventing access: Full refund or replacement service

11. Account Termination
We may terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

- Unauthorized access or security breaches
- Content that violates child safety standards
- Non-payment of subscription fees
Upon termination: All data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect service improvements or legal requirements. We will:
- Notify parents via email of significant changes
- Provide 30 days notice before changes take effect
- Require explicit consent for material changes
- Allow account cancellation if you disagree with changes
